This very smart apartment is in a good building just a couple of hundred meters from the beaches and Port Canto at the eastern end of La Croisette, and before entering the Palm Beach Peninsula. The apartment is not right in the centre of Cannes from a rentals point of view, so ranks along with similar apartments in Palm Beach. It is lovely and quiet, will rent for major festivals and summer holidays because it is only two minutes walk to the Croisette, but would suit a longer term rental too if one preferred a more regular and predictable income stream, even for a year or two.
