This is a beautiful apartment just out of the centre of Cannes in the foothills of La Californie. Ave Roi Albert is home to some of the most exquisite and prestigious homes, villas and apartment complexes in all of Cannes, and therefore in all of France. This relatively modern apartment block is very well maintained, with security gates, and a guardian. One enters the apartment from the ground floor into a very spacious hall. A wonderful double living room and the main bedroom open onto a lovely double terrace with a view across the Bay of Cannes and of gardens and homes in the area. It’s a far more interesting view in my opinion than a panoramic sea view with nothing else to offer. Vicky and I love the area of La Californie and run through it most mornings. It’s our favourite. The main bedroom with its bathroom and toilet also has a large well cupboarded walk-in dressing room, and its front opens like the living room onto the terrace. The smaller second bedroom has no view as its window opens onto the gardens and drive at the back, but it does have its bathroom ands toilet. The lovely kitchen is separate, and beautifully equipped. This apartment is a lovely home today, but could be a great rental prospect for long term tenants, or used for the owner’s pleasure and alternate with occasional rentals between visits. It lends itself to any and all options.
